We provide a complete Blast room/booth with a dust collection system, for Garnet or steel Grit Abrasive. Battery-powered, Winch Type, Remote controlled Trolleys can be supplied based on Client requirement and application. The blast room is completely automatic with sensors, to ensure that the operator can start the blasting only if the Dust collector and other equipments are switched ON. This will ensure operator safety.

The blast room side walls are completely lined with blast-proof rubber to ensure the protection of sidewalls. Our panel-type Blast rooms are the best solution for any short-term site blasting project. Clients can dismantle and assemble the booth and equipments without the support of any skilled engineer. Our Blast rooms are equipped with a Dust collector, Abrasive Recovery system, Abrasive recycling system, Dustproof lights, Track and Trolley, etc.

Types of Blast rooms

Containerized Blast room

Easy and quick solution to start blasting operation. Smaller sandblasting operations will benefit from containerized blast rooms. The container blast room is fully self-contained, with all of its components, including the blast chamber and dust collector. Can be supplied with or without containers.

Portable Panel type Blast room

A portable blast room can be easily moved from one location to another and are simple to assemble, dismantle, and reuse which is ideal for blasting at construction sites. The portable blast rooms do not require a foundation pit and can be placed directly on the ground, lowering the equipment’s investment cost. It can be set up on either civil footings or a level concrete floor.

Stand Alone Blast room

Can be anchored on a concrete floor, designed suitably to avoid water seepage during rain, wind, etc.

Blast room with insulation for noise reduction 

Prism Tech Engineering has a specially designed range of equipment to meet these needs when it comes to noise reduction. Our acoustic rooms are made of composite panels that are filled with a variety of materials and have robust steel inner and outer skins that provide excellent noise and thermal insulation. Acoustic Booths for Abrasive Blasting are Insulated with 50 mm or 100 mm thick insulation for noise reduction within 85 dB.

Fully Automatic Blast room

Blast room with full recovery system where the abrasive is automatically conveyed to the recycling system. The reusable recycled abrasive will automatically fill in the blast pot for nonstop blasting, manual sweeping is completely eliminated

Blast room with partial Abrasive recovery

Cheaper solution  with minor manual sweeping of abrasive to the abrasive collection recovery hoppers
